Pottery at Your Place combines two business concepts: the pottery painting studio and direct sales (home party). PYP Representatives are invited into the home of a party host and provides him/her and guests with professional-quality materials including pottery, glazes, brushes, stencils, stamps, sponges and more. In addition each PYP Representative is trained to provide detailed instruction and creative ideas & techniques for pottery painting ensuring that each painter creates something they are proud of. After the party, the PYP Representative takes the decorated pottery and has it fired and gift-wrapped before returning it to the host. The host then distributes the pieces for friends to enjoy. The parties are unique, festive and special because they take place in the host's own environment at any time.

How Does it Work?

Pottery at Your Place is distinctive, exciting and different: the party is a creative process and each party guest produces something that is uniquely his/her own. There is tremendous potential for more sales because there is always a reason for your customers to paint new pieces: birthday gifts, holiday gifts, baby gifts or even making a personal set of dinnerware. Not only do customers like what they produce, but they enjoy the process!

As a Pottery at Your Place Representative you'll provide the materials and basic instructions. You'll also provide a selection of pottery, which you'll purchase from PYP at your Representative discount and sell to your party guests at full retail value. Your profit is easy to calculate. When you recruit others to become involved as PYP Representatives, your profits will increase. You can choose how much you want to work, recruit - and how much you want to earn!

After you decide to become a Representative, here's what you'll do - it's easy and fun!

	First, contact us and we'll tell you all about it and put you in touch with a PYP Representative close to you. This PYP Representative will become your Mentor.
	Your PYP Mentor will provide you with our Independent Representative Agreement. You'll read and sign this agreement. This simple document spells out your and our responsibilities to each other.
	You will now purchase your Starter Kit. There are two options: the Deluxe ($325) and the A La Carte ($150) version.

	Next, we'll train you in all you need to know about Pottery at Your Place. You'll read your training manual and attend the PYP 101 and PYP 102 training classes offered regularly at our Hampton, NH headquarters.
	Finally, you'll host your own party. Your PYP Mentor will be there to help you. After this party, you're ready to begin developing your own business!

We're here to help you reach your goals. We've got tons of ideas and are willing and able to help you develop and implement your own marketing ideas. Our website features seasonal specials and is updated regularly. In addition, we create newsletters and other collateral materials for you as a PYP Representative to use with your customers. We host regular training sessions for our Representatives where we demonstrate new techniques and show new ideas.
